Craig Baughnsmith, M.Ed, MICP

Craig started his Emergency Medical Services career in 1983 in the US Coast Guard. After military service, Craig earned a Masters of Arts in Education, then continued his EMS career for the Fire Service. He has been with King County Medic One for 6 years. He comes to us with a combination of public school educational experience and over two decades of pre-hospital medical service. He is Regional Faculty for ACLS and National Faculty for BLS for the American Heart Association. Craig is the current Training Center Coordinator responsible for instructor and training site services.

Dana Yost, MICP

Dana started his EMS career in 1987 and became Paramedic with Evergreen Medic One (Now Redmond Medic One) in 1995. He has been an ACLS & PALS instructor for 10 years. He is past WA State National Faculty for ACLS and current Regional Faculty for PALS for the American Heart Association.He brings leadership and instructional real-life experiences to the courses he teaches. Dana is responsible for Operations & Scheduling.

Deborah Fly, RN

Deborah Fly Is Training Center Faculty for ACLS and BLS for the American Heart Association.  She has held these positions for several years.  For four years she was National Faculty for ACLS.  Deborah is the past state chair for the Emergency Cardiovascular Care Committee for the American Heart Association in the state of Washington and is on the AHA national program administration committee.  She has worked in the medical field since 1974, which equates to over 36 years of experience.  Deborah received her RN in 1981 and Masters in Education with a focus on Emergency Medicine and Cross-Cultural Nursing in 1996 from Seattle Pacific University.  She has been a member of the Harborview Medical staff for over 20 years, starting off in the Burn Intensive Care unit, then to the Emergency Department and is currently working in trauma research and focusing on education. Deborah is the founding owner of ACLS consultants and a current advisor to NW Medical Training Group.

Debi Solberg, RN
BLS, ACLS Instructor
Training Center Faculty

Debi joins our faculty with over 30 years of nursing experience. Her expertise in ACLS practice and education comes from her 9 years as a Burn & Trauma ICU Nurse, 10 years as an ER Nurse, followed by 15 years as a Critical Care Nurse for Airlift NW. She is currently a research coordinator with prehospital cardiac arrest studies in Seattle / King County (ROC Study).

Sally Ragsdale RN, MN, ARNP
BLS, ACLS Instructor
Training Center Faculty

Sally started her nursing career earning a BS of Nursing in 1976, following up with a MN ARNP in 2003. She joins our faculty with over 34 years in the RN profession including: 7 years Emergency Department, 22 years Airlift NW, and 5 years Research Nurse with the Resuscitation Outcomes Consortium evaluating interventions for cardiac arrest in the pre-hospital setting.
